you just have to register a pension fund with any pension company you can go to an insurance company or you can better still register with the company where you work

Yes, i know that the worker can go to the public office that is organized to make pension contributions to deposit money, regularly every month.

This is true,because i once had an experience with a older neighbour who approach me on how to assist him in doing some documentaion for his pension.He has a personal pension plan and the company he works for opened a pension fund for him as well.But the company's pension managers said he would have attain a certain age before he can access the pension.

I really don't think you should save up for pension. You can find other Investment plans and opportunities to put your money in rather than saving it up.

Pension is mainly for workers that are employed, their employer pays part of the pension while a little amount is deducted from there salary to augment it. As a business person the only advice I have for you right now is that you should be saving up for future this will help when get old just like pension
 
It is really a nice idea that you have thought of pension as it is very important after retirement. It is advisable to start it as early as possible. And I think one can just be saving in the form of pension in the case of someone just operating his business that has nothing to do with government paying him or her pension after retirement. That is just my take.
