How closely do you follow google trends?

I fell out of it but I want to make my sites go wild in 2022 and make me some good money so I will closely follow googles algorithm and try to get the best score with google possible

When I'm researching a niche I want to delve into, I normally use Google trends because of the popularity of their platform and the tools and insights that they provide.
I can narrow it down either ways to either my niche or a sub niche which after following their trends I'll know.

I make use of Google trend whenever I want to do a keyword research for a niche website. Google trend tells about the seasonality of each keyword you want to write on your blog. This will give insight on how to prepare for the bullish and bearish season on the keywords you are targeting on your website.
