How can I make a review blog unique?

There are literally thousands of Amazon and Clickbank product review blogs available. But, recently I got a chance to write for a very unique blog that features top ten lists of popular affiliate/Amazon products. For instance, 'top 10 gifts for chocolate lovers'.

And, I really liked the concept as the blog offered so much more in the way of content than simply providing a link with photo and offer to 'click here'.

I would love to model a blog after this site. I wouldn't copy the actual reviews or products being endorsed, but would take the concept of top ten gifts and find my own 'best of' gift list to feature.

The site seems very popular in Google search, so it might be a winning idea that could be cloned.

Do you think an idea like this could work twice?

The best way for you to stand out might be to get a custom theme built for you. Focus on a certain colour or certain style that visitors will remember.

Yeah lists work great, but you should try and make it unique , for example the link lludawg posted is a great one becaue the world cup is going on and it is a searched term on google just focus on the trends

I can not see any reason why this would work to be honest. As long as you made it all unique, had your own unique theme and kept fresh new content coming in to keep guests and visitors coming back it could prove to be a huge success
