How bright is your screen?

So, let us know how bright is your screen? Do you adjust it depending on what time of the day it is? I usually keep mine at around 50%, and to the lowest setting when it starts to get dark outside. Don't want it too bright, that I strain my eyes for prolonged periods of time.

I at the moment have my screen at 50% brightness. I tend to use my laptop a lot for work as well as other things and know my eyes would get seriously strained otherwise.

Even during the day, I keep it the same.

I know some screens have a setting that allows for Nightmode too.

I have night mode available which is ideal. It is not a setting I use though as I find the 50% brightness to be okay and if I need to, can adjust that and change it.
