Hiring managers internally or externally?

That is just wht is optainable in almost all organisaton,they are the ones that take and at the same time enforce the decision,it is almost unlikely for you to see most senior staff being laid off.

There are many companies that have been hiring many people externally. There are many examples for that s many companies who hire employees from countries where they could pay low amount of money for the work they offer. This is employee abuse.

Promotion of employees to higher positions in the company is very important. It is equally important to hire someone externally if you noticed that the existing employees cannot fulfill the obligations attached to the vacant position.

You are even going to find it much more easier for you to be hiring your managers internally because it is going to be easy for you to on-boarded them because they know about the company already.

Most of the organization or companies try to hire the managers from internally to run their business smoothly by excellent skills of managing everything on time by staying at their place having family their but if they can't meet that one good manager then they try to hire by externaly because running company or business at high rate is more important whether the managers are internally or externally.

The best thing to do in tat situation is to give the current employee the right of first refusal,because they are the ones that know the job shedules and operations of the job task,it will save cost for the organisation as well.

I understand your view really well. I think that if an internal employee is truly qualified and equipped to make the step up, then he or she should be in line for promotion and the experience gained at the workplace may give that individual an edge over external candidates

That is how it is supposed to be, because it will be to the advantage of the organization to have persons that have been in the system and knows about the operations of the firm.

I also share the same view. I believe that the experience that the employee has garnered working at the company cannot just be discarded and must be considered as a factor when choosing a manager

Both are good , I mean hiring managers internationally and externally , sometimes with external manager coming in , he or she will be able to handle the workers with iron hand , so that they can work hard to meet the company target .

Hiring people internally could be cost-saving. However, certain times, you may not have the right kind of worker who might be fit for the job and this is why they hire employees externally.

Yes,that is just the right thing to do in any organisation,because if you want real growth,you as a director must be delibrate about it,you train people on the job for continuity.

I agree with you on that. It is much more productive to hire an employee who has risen up the ranks than to hire an external individual who will most likely go through the customary adjustment period

I think business owners should promote the existing staff because they are familiar with the company and they learned from the company and now they can be experts.

There are some issues with hiring a person who holds a high ranks. A high-ranking employee would already be so busy with his job that he might not be able to handle such kind of extra job.

In my opinion, it is much better to promote someone who has already been promoted within various positions in the company because he or she has developed a familiarity with how the enterprise operates

Yes, but if that particular person is already holding so many responsibilities, then it would not be an ideal thing to handle him extra responsibilities in the end.

This is quite true. Normally, this is also dependent on whether the replacement for the prospective manager at his or her former position is competent. This will give the manager-to-be complete leeway to focus on the new role

When a manager leaves a company, the company might have a harder time finding the same kind of person with the same abilities, but this is not the case in my country. This is because there are plenty of jobless managers in here who would be willing to work for you.

I agree with your sentiment. But let’s say an assistant manager was being promoted to manager. The assistant manger position vacated would have to be filled by someone competent in order to allow the incoming manager to be free of any extra roles in his or her former role
