What's your highest count of visitors in a day?
For me it was 6,594 visitors on my former site thewritinghut.net , that has been bought by a Chinese guy when I couldn't afford to pay for it because I was in China working lo.

8000 visitors a month and earn about $200-250 from ads and another hundred from affiliate sales

The highest visitor count I had in a day was on a multi-author blog where I received 12 thousand page views and managed to earn $50 via Adsense. I sold that site to a Swedish guy.
