What's your highest count of visitors in a day?
For me it was 6,594 visitors on my former site thewritinghut.net , that has been bought by a Chinese guy when I couldn't afford to pay for it because I was in China working lo.

8000 visitors a month and earn about $200-250 from ads and another hundred from affiliate sales

I dont really have a websites for now , but selling off your websites after having around seven thousand visitors is somehow bad , I think maybe its because you couldn't drive traffic with the websites .

Well, my highest unique visitor count must be around 5 unique visits per day. This was the time when I created my website and my website generated 5 unique visitors. This actually disheartened me.

Actually I don't own a website currently so may not have had any visitor on site today but based on the numbers you mentioned, some websites can even have a triple of that a day.

I have close to thousands unique visitor on my former blog before I abaddon it. I abaddon the website because it was created with blogger and I don't know how to properly customize it then so I feel adsense may not approve it if submit it to them.

I have never received more than $2k daily traffic on any of my 20 sites. However, when I combine traffic from all of my sites, I receive much higher traffic, therefore, I also earning well from my ads.

It was about 10 visits only. It was a hosted on WordPress and I just learnt that I couldn't make money with it using Adsense. I would like to have a target of 2000 daily visits on this new blog I'm trying.
