Healthcare and benefits to employees

Health insurance is one of the things I check before accepting any offer from any organization. If they don't agree to do it for me, I turn down the work. I can't come and sacrifice myself for any organization.

This assessment is very correct but unfortunately some companies are not even capable to provide this kind of service to their workers, which you cannot really blame them. This is because they cannot be able to afford it. It is only when a company can actually afford to offer such services to their staffs but decide not to, that it's wickedness.

It is right that some companies are not capable to provide this kind of service to their workers because they cannot afford it but they should be able to afford it as Time Goes On
