The main and only reason why anyone is working for another person or other companies out there is because of the payment of salaries. If there's nothing like salaries, no one would be interested in working for any company.

Well, I have worked in a place that used to give me my salary on the 10th of each month. I felt that it was too late to get paid. Salaries should always be paid at the right time because we may encounter many expenses and we may need money to deal with them.

At my last job, I used to have my salary delayed frequently. In fact, receiving a salary on time was a rare event. The boss was not always present at the work place. Even though I was responsible for giving away salary to other staff and myself, I need boss's signature on the check, and boss was not always available to sing checks.

I have experienced this one time. Businesses should take this matter seriously and they must always pay their employees on time. I think that human resource department is liable for this. Why the salary is being delayed? This must be the question. If the company is performing well, then there is no reason to delay the salary.

I've been very fortunate with most of the places where I've worked, they never delayed my payment whenever it's due to be paid. I was very happy with it because I know when my payment is going to come and plan on it. The only time my payment was delayed, it was from the bank as they had system maintenance the very day I was supposed to be paid.

Well, I haven't really received any salary from anybody but the truth is, I don't have a boss to pay me a salary but I do have clients that have to pay for their services and sometimes they delay but most times they'd come through with it.
