Acupressure is traditional Chinese medicinal system that has been used to treat various conditions in the body for ages. The Chinese believe that there are specific pressure points in the body and by applying pressure to these points the body, body's natural healing mechanisms will be activated. This is similar to acupuncture but without needles. Have you tried it?

I have not tried Acupressure from a professional practitioner, but as a hobby I have tied Acupressure. I read about Acupressure when I was in high school and tried it. I was not patient enough to try it for a longer duration to experience the benefits.
