To only find out that the developer is not going to fix it no refund you? That happened to me once and I was so mad. I got a $35 plugin that was going to be a major part of my forum and half of it didn't run right. I contacted the developer and he said he is not doing updates nor refunding. No where did it state this in the description either.

Yep! Happens all the time! That's why you have to do your research.

Just to expand on this, I've bought social media plug-ins that did absolutely nothing. It was such a pain because they didn't even show the social media icons! How hard is that?!
