I have had a meltdown before a few times. I usually end up having them if I get too stressed out and everything seems to get on top of me and it all gets too much. I am getting better at dealing with stress and things not going to plan but sometimes they do catch me off guard.
Nope, I don't have any experience with having a meltdown. I have always been this person who's always calm and collected. Before anything gets under my skin, it's always very difficult. It's why having a meltdown isn't for me.
This can work when you're at home, if not that's not an option. If I had a meltdown at work, I'll take an excuse to leave for something urgent so I won't disgrace myself at work.
We don't look like what we have been through. I will keep thanking God for this every day I have the chance to. Life put us through so much all the time.
I don't know what it feels like to have a meltdown but I suppose it's not going to be easy for the person who's having it. I practice yoga every morning to help calm me down with dealing with people everyday.
Who haven't? I will never believe it when anyone says they have never had a meltdown because it's a very big fat lie. No one's life is perfect, having a meltdown is sure once in a while.
There were situations when I felt terribly sad and I was almost on the verge of crying but I never have had any kind of melt down. When I a said, I explore sadness, I just experience it and after a while it will be gone. If I start fighting against sadness, it will grow stronger.
