I know that a lot of small businesses or medium-sized businesses have an e-commerce website or an e-commerce element to their website. Have you ever considered creating or owning an e-commerce website? If I decided to create one or own one, what kinds of things should I pay attention to/look out for?

Honestly, I thought about it but would never do it because I have read about way too many horror stories related to ecommerce issues like payments not going through resulting in lawsuits. Unless you can invest serious money, like over $5k, I would advise not to own one.

Payments not going through would be a major issue with me. Like @Christopher said, it could open the door for lawsuits.
