Have you ever been terminated from a job or quit one?
I quit my job after 13 years working for the company as a contractor, union laborer, and then a member of the salary team.
I quit because it wasn't for me. I wasn't a part of the clique. I was miserable and drove 3 hours a day to work there.
I also hated what I did because I found it boring. I gave my 110%, but I hated doing it.
I quit without another job lined up, too.
Of course, I found me a new job that I call my career. I love it so much. It's been the best job I've ever had. I learn quickly because I'm into so much. I actually am happy to go to work each day. I've not felt that in a long time.
I quit on my own. I've never been terminated.
