Have you ever been sued by another business for having a similar name or logo?

Well I have never been in such cases and to some extent, such kind of cases is not that prevalent like others. because I believe every business entrepreneur most have undergo studies that will enable him avoid suck happenings.

I have never seen this kind of situation before, but I do see some people having the same business logo which is very bad, before you can make your own logo it is always make research, to avoid making the same thing.
