Have you attempted to make extra income or even make a living by flipping domain names?

I have seen an entire thread that is years old on this topic on another forum and wanted to try it. However, recent posts suggested that it was no longer profitable so I lost interest.

I have sold some domains for $XXXX when the domain prices were high. However, in the last few years, there is less demand for domains.

Some years back it was really profitable. Now I think it's because it's saturated by a few people who are not willing to share their knowledge.

I have heard a lot of people like @Mika talking about Flippa interface for such purpose. But not having big idea.

In 2016 I registered over 30 domains with the hope of flipping them later. After paying renewal fees for a couple of years and being unable to sell any of my domains, I started dropping them.
