Have a stranger paid for your food before?

A lot of my female friends used to tell me about their experience in going to restaurants to eat and it's something I've never experienced.

Last week, one of them told me her dinner was paid for by another person (a man obviously) who's a total stranger. When she asked for her bill, she was told that it's been paid by the man sitting across her.

Why doesn't anyone pay for a guy's meal 😂?

It's happened plenty of times. I like it, but I don't like it. I should be able to pay my own food, but sometimes times are hard.

A few times. Sometimes the person before me in the drive thru randomly pays for my food. One time an anonymous old couple paid for our dinner at Chinese restaurant that we frequented.
