Has anyone stolen website code from you?

I have never experienced some one stealing my website codes before though. I don't even know how that feels like to have ones code stolen and you might not even know it

No one has stolen a website code from me because I don't do website coding but my cousin brother as related to me and experience of his where his friend stole his website code from him and he found out by logging into his friend's website.

Yes. That has happened to me several times. But it doesn't usually bother me. Because they can steal the design and codes but they will never get the original concept from head. People who do this usually fail.

A website is not something people an steal just like that but to some hackers stealing and hack website like a peanut, I have heard stories of hackers stealing people hard works.

Like I said before, I do not have a paid website yet but I am looking forward to owning one before the end of this year. It is very important to secure your website where are you from online theft.

This has not happened to me. However, my website content has been stolen numerous times and due to stolen content I have heavily suffered losses.

You should install services to protect you web content from plagiarism or such. It takes a lot of time and money to come up with content, no one should just take advantage of that. Also, you should have all rights to own the content on your site. That way, the other persona can be penalized for stealing

I don't have a website that someOne could steal the code from me,but if possible I have one I will make sure I block the website for life and we both won't be able to use it tho.

I have not engage in any website design, operation or control that is management of the websites so I have no experience of how the website are been stolen from the users or controllers but I wish to know more from those people who have an experience about and how the coup up with situation.

I have undergone some level of computer training and th I has helped me in somany ways to boost my information communication technology skills but I didn't do much on computer programming so i wouldnt really say much on losing my key to website as I know little about that aspect.

Lol. Do people do this?. I find it hard to believe, I think what they can do is steal your content or copy your layout and graphics.

One way to stop content theft is by disabling the right click. If you disable right click on your site, your content cannot be stolen. However, I am not using this method yet

It is always advisable to work with the people you trust because someone who has information about your website, may hijack it someday. It is also very advisable to secure your website code well.

I don't do coding, therefore, there is no question of code theft. I build websites on wordpress and everyone is free to use the theme that I am using (which will make your website look similar)

It is hard or impossible to steal someone code around the person website unless the person want to share it with you but sometimes it is possible so still some cold from someone else computer or from someone else phone

This has not happened to me personally, but it has happened to a friend before, the case was Abit serious, that they had to settle at a local court.

Even if a website code gets stolen, I believe it is still going to be easy for one to recover the site as you online need to make some slight changes.

I really don't use code to start or create my Website in the first place so there is no how someone will still a code from me. The best I do for myself is just to ensure that I use WordPress to start my website and I use plugins just like apps to set everything up
