Namecheap has been able to post an average page speed of 458 ms over the past 12 months, which ... I can definitely say that NameCheap is the worst WordPress hosting service out there I have ever used.

I have also seen some other webmasters that uses namecheap talked good about the speed. I want to host a website there but it is costly for me now

Yes a lot of people said that they are legit and it is one of the best website you can use to buy domain.according to research you can get a good domain as cheap as 10 dollars.i think it is the best platform

Are you sure that they do not offer drag and drop feature? They have mentioned on their platform that they do offer this service and there are some videos on Youtube that also show that they do offer drag and drop (website builder) feature!

Name cheap is one of the good registrar for domain name registration online. They have cheap registration fee for the domain name you want to register with them and they usually run promo and discount.

I am not driving out but it is one of the cheaper domain name registrar out there. I make use of dynadot to register some of my domain names. Both of them has simple dashboard which makes it easy to navigate around the accounts to locate your domain names and to change the name server.
