For a long time I have been really on my own, now that I started making some money I started to hire more and more people to do the stuff I did for my site. It is way easier, but as I said it costs money, and sometimes you still have to do things yourself because the guy you paid did a crappy one.
My question is, what do you think is it better to do it all yourself or have some people do it?

I operate a lot of sites. I cannot write content for all of my sites, I cannot market all of my sites. Therefore, I regularly hire virtual assistants to write content and promote my web content. I also have social media manager.

I am just getting started with blogging again so I do most of the task by myself. I do the keyword research first before any other thing. after that I am going to write content on those keywords and published them on my website.

It is best if you do things by your self in your website, I because you will do it better than any one you employ, your vision will be more than his, although there are people whom you train that can be better than you.

I think that having people help you can be the better option because this way you are actually able to place focus on each task that you are doing, however it needs to be people that you can trust.

Till now my website is a one-man show. I am responsible for all the operations on my website. Planning to recruit some like-minded people in the future. Excited to see how it would turn around.

It is a good thing if you are able to manage all of it on your own because that way you do not have to worry about finances because you can address issues in any way that you so choose to do so.

So far my website is a one man show. I am responsible for all operations of my website. We plan to continue recruiting like-minded people in the future. I'm looking forward to seeing how it rolls.

I'm just starting out again with blogging, so I handle the majority of the work by myself. Before doing anything else, I conduct a keyword analysis. Following that, I'll write content about those keywords and publish it on my website.

I think you have to hire people to do different tasks related to your business, like creating content and then marketing in different ways. And it's not easy to do everything on your own. But my suggestion is that before hiring new people, you must ask them for their portfolio or test their abilities first to avoid any future inconvenience.

I feel it depends on the nature of the website and the amount of time you have. If you have a lot of time, you could decide to do everything yourself but if you have limited time, the you ought to hire people to help you ought.
