The normal thing a new company or organisation that just started plying their trade suppose to do is employ a little amount of employee that can handle the business effectively and the numbers of employee can be increased when the business started doing well.A business that is in it's early stages should not be so quick in employing too much hands in it for a start. He should first get a good footing on the business both in clients and cash before employing hands when he'd have to start talking of paying them.
