Google has recently launched a new project called Google Spaces. It's a small group sharing for everything in life. It's available both on the App Store and the Google Play. There is also a web version.

Can it be embedded on a webpage? Doesn't come with anything that allows it to be done out of the box.

I haven't heard of it until now. Not sure if it's something I'd be into. I tried to mess with it just now...I guess it's literally just a place to share stuff?

Cool its G+ with a different theme and a stand alone app. lol

Gives a micro site an interesting twist if it can be embed! It could be a great supportive tool rather than a pure stand alone app.
