As most of you know, I run a small little shop on Admining that I use to sell services. Well, recently I updated the prices and I handed out a 30% off coupon to one of my customers for being my first regular. Well, he/she ordered the other day and didn't even use it. He/she never uses any of the coupons I send to them. While I'm more than happy to complete his/her order at full price it's kind of odd to me that he/she didn't use the coupon.

Btw, the main reason I increased the prices was because of this customer. He/she kept telling me that my services were worth triple what I was charging.

A lot of people like to talk about there negative experiences with customers. Figured I'd tell you guys how great some customers can be.

True customer, it is great to have a such a customer who loves your service. One such customer is worth more than the other customers who come ,buy and go off.

People like that exist and I have experienced a lot of similar guys too. The people like this are the ones who tend to donate to websites which provide free but useful websites. :D
