Would anyone be willing to work on a general discussion forum as part of the community team?
This would be like a global moderator position. As the community grows, this person would more than likely turn into the team leader of the community team as the forum gets bigger and I'd have to hire more staff.
Expectations are as follows......
- You'd obviously be moderating the forum to ensure that the ambience of the forum isn't being harmed by rule breakers.
- The only other thing would be to provide some posts around the forum. (I'm not going into this expecting this person to make 100 posts a day or something ridiculous like that.)
