Getting Traffic

I'm having trouble getting traffic to my blog and was wondering how you guys get traffic to your blog. It seems really difficult to get people to want to visit your blog when there are so many blogs out there.

How do you guys do it?

• Being ranked 1st on google for your blog's keywords
• A user-friendly, visually appealing design
• Excellent content that's also SEO friendly
• A solid marketing strategy
