The little that I have read up on a full stack developer and programmers job, it's something that's very technical. It's not a job you will be able to do without being an expert in the field and it's a very demanding job. Most tech companies are always looking for the services of software developer and programmers. They can easily work as freelancers or full time employed staffs.
