Everyone likes free things and there are some decent SEO tools you can use to help you work. One of them is Yoast extension. I also use Answer the Public to get free long tail keywords.
Do you use free SEO tools and which ones are best?

@Lunatyc , thanks for this info. I have not associated myself with Yoast extension. It seems very nice SEO tool. Most writing companies require writers to use SEO in writing articles or technical writing.

I am not familiar with SEO tools but I may decide to try out the Yoast extension

There are a lot of free SEO tools that you can use for your SEO campaigns or understand the SEO value of your website. Google search console and google analytics are free tools for Google that are not only free but also the best in the market. You can also try browser extension called keywords every where. YOAST is basically a SEO plugin for wodpress.

I've used Yoast but if it's not the premium version, I believe it's better to use a paid research tool, especially for those who are beginners to blogging.

No need to use paid solutions, unless you are a business that you want to access deep data free solutions can be fine for most people. I have occasionally used paid tools and I am better suited with free tools.
