Free music for content

Does anyone know of sites where you can grab free music legally, and use it in videos and other content? I know as long as you license something, you can use it. But are there any sites that will give you free songs to use as long as you credit the creator?

Know of any sites that offer free music? I know YouTube has a catalog of royalty free music.

I think that it's a feature that's available in Facebook and TikTok too. Some years ago, I have tried to upload some content with music in it without crediting the creator and the content was taken down because of copyright issue but when I gave credit, it was allowed to play in the content.

There is a site called epidemicsound.com where you can get royalty-free music and sound effects that you cna use anywhere but you will have to pay at least $10 per month. YOu get unlimited download options. If you are looking for free music, you can try Pixabay and Mixkit. I frequently use these platforms.

It is very important to learn about these things. I mean being able to understand how you can use music for your videos without running into any issue. I have not been consistent doing videos on Facebook because I was afraid that those videos will be pulled down. Is there another way you can use music on your videos without having to give credit to the original owners.

I'm not familiar with any website which allows for free music contents to be used for your content purposes but you're expected to credit the music owner. TikTok provides free music you can use on TikTok but not outside the application. TikTok have attributed the music to the owner, you don't need to credit them to further use it.
