Do you find them useful? Do you get quick answers? Do you normally get the problem solved? Also, has anyone worked on one? Has anyone thought about it? If you worked, how was your experience?

i have never used free forum software however i have looked at free software in order to try and make a website and whilst it can be good it is very difficult to use.

I have used support forums a couple of times, for SMF, phpBB and MyBB and it has been really useful. I did not even have to ask my specific question, someone already seemed to have encountered the same issue. The suggested methods also worked for me.
