FPS Forum - XenForo forum, 16,000 posts, premium theme

I am willing to listen to offers for my forum www.fpsforum.net.

It has almost 16,000 posts, has a premium theme, multiple domain names and a staff team. It also had paid mods on it.

The XenForo license is not available as I was renting it from Dean McLaughlin, so if you'd still want to use it you'd have to talk to him about seeing if he's let you rent it too.

The fee he wanted to pay was $300, which I wasn't 100% happy with anyway but we started talking further.

He then said he wanted full ownership of a certain mod license (which you know about) worth $270.
