I recently became the owner of Nintendo Realm, which is an extremely dead gaming forum based on XenForo. Given that the forum hasn't been active since like 2015, it's safe to say that the only value in it is the database of nearly 30,000 posts, and what little traffic that this domain still receives. The XenForo license was included in this sale, so that's why I went ahead and purchased it.
