Couple of projects you might find useful. They are all open source. Every repo has a wiki (the docs are not exhaustive as of yet, Im only 1 person lol) and discussions enabled if you need more info on how to use them.
Provides Bootstrap support for Laminas-Form. Allows you to create bootstrapped forms without having to use the helpers directly. See the wiki for examples.

Provides multi-theme support to Laminas-View. This project is still fairly new. Its usable and works as intended, but its still very much Alpha code and anything may change.
Theme Manager
And, last but not least. This provides all the wiring you need for event driven logging in Laminas MVC. See the wiki for usage.
