I think it's fair enough that's 20% of the project price is left to fiverr while the freelancer get 80%. I believe that 80% is a good % to earn from a site that is providing one with the opportunity to earn online.

It is quite fair, in my opinion. It's acceptable for them to receive 20% of the job because the freelancing site needs to function properly.
