Finding staff members in a specific niche?

I am looking for Facebook admins to help me manage a page about a certain girl group. It doesn't seem like fans are interested in this job. How else can I try to find staff?

Best course of action in my opinion would be to offer some benefits to the people who help you run it. Your page is very niche specific, which also means that you will have to find someone who's actually interested in the girl group you're covering on your Facebook page.

I'm actually kind of baffled that fans aren't interested in helping running the page, since I know I would be if the page would cover my interest.

Considering that it's a Facebook page, only "benefit" that comes to mind is money or maybe some merchandise that has to do with the idol group (I assume it's an idol group).
