Ever killed any wild animal by accident?

My friend came home the other with a dead Nile monitor which he ran over with his car. It was my first time of seeing the reptile up close. I have seen how the bigger species like Komodo dragon can be dangerous while hunting its prey.

Which wild animals have you killed by accident?

To my knowledge, I have never killed any wild animals and definitely would not kill them intentionally either.

I guess there are ways it could be done accidentally without realizing it.

No, I have never killed any wild animals even by accidents, I have not even killed any stray animals. Except for bugs and insects I have never killed any animals.
