Have you ever ran your own festival or conference? If so, how did it go? Were you able to run the show fine without a hitch? I helped run a couple festivals for a community I worked for, and it was fun for a bit. Getting the speakers and hosts was fun, but we almost failed as it got right to the last moment. But we figured it out and got things to work.
