Most organization do not allow that, it is against their ethics for an employee to bring children to the workplace. It caused distraction and low in productivity. This is because the time to put in for work is used to look after kids..

This is true. They see it as a form of distraction and wouldn't want to let it happen in their offices. I wouldn't want to let staff members come to my office with their kids as they will be distracting their parents from the work that brought them to the office.

Whenever your little kids are with you at work, it is always going to be very difficult for you to focus and concentrate on the job that you are doing because you will always be worried about how they are feeling and the things that they are doing so that they don't even get themselves into trouble. All these will affect your productivity at work.
