I am also a staff of an organisation and benefit at like the fuel that trigger us to work more on daily basis, if the employer decides to treats the employee well , the company will be going and running well.There are organizations that gives their employees benefits such as additional bonuses to salaries paid, paid vacations abroad, health insurance, Retirement plans. These benefits produces a productive workforce and help boost workers morale but at the same time cost most Employers a lot and increase their financial statement making them require a lot from employees in return.
What are the Pros and cons of these benefits on Employees and Employers and how important are they?
