For those that don't aware who they are, they are a big company who owns other hosting providers out there around the world. Around 10 other companies, I say.
Examples of what or who they own are, Bluehost, HostGator, Ipage, SiteBuilder and more. We all know or those that don't if you come to these hosting providers that own my EIG then do not use them, end of story. Right? Well, that might change, Been with HostGator for some time now and there calls centres are getting better if not getting good.
They still offer good for your money and if you buy three years of worth of hosting then you get a good amount of discounts. Yes EIG is crap but I say it's the managers for each company that matters as each will run them differently. It's like Tesco stores in the UK some are bad, and some other stores with good managers make the store an amicable place.
