Has anybody heard of Duolingo | Learn Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and English for free It looks pretty awesome. I learn French at school but I've found that some of my basics are just horrible. So I'm using it to relearn some parts...

Nope. I have never heard of it, but if I ever have the time I think I may check it out to touch up on my German. I took 3 years of German, but can't remember any of it besides "I like hamburgers".

You should. See if it helps bring it all back. I do wonder how useful the site would be if you were just using it by itself to learn a language and hadn't done a course in the past.
