Usually, the members drive me to keep a project going. That, or the love for the subject that my project is about.
I have been known to work more when there is a new staff member on board - oddly enough. :yum:
It's the fun of the project and the other staff members that keep me going, I disappear every now and then but I get burnt out rather easily with all of these new forums. :yum:
