Do you write down your daily plans in a notebook?

I used to be very unproductive, so I had to change something in my life, I started watching motivational videos and noticed that there are many people who recommend writing down plans for the day and doing them gradually, and then crossing off what is done. Now I can't imagine a daily routine without writing down plans for the day.

Yes, I write down my daily plans on notebook. When I wrap up my work in the evening, I write down the plans for the next day and I try to stick with my plan.
