Do You Use Clickbait?

Clickbait is a marketing tactic that tries to fool users through misleading title, description, or offer to build traffic. Clickbait encourages people to click the link. You can see clickbait everywhere from social media platforms, and search engines to blogs, forums, and websites. Do you use clickbait tactics to build traffic on your website? Have you ever used clickbait tactics?

I don't use clickbait, but I know why people do. I think a little clickbait isn't bad, but when you full on lie about everything with a clickbatey title or thumbnail for example, you're probably not going to make your users happy, and maybe even lose some of your audience for tricking them multiple times.

Anyway, I've never tried clickbait or a smart use of clickbait, but it might be worth experimenting with.
