Do you use a CMS on your websites or do you hard-code from scratch?

I prefer using CMS' cause I can't be bothered to code from scratch. CMS systems can give me a better theme than one I can think of on my own anyway as I'm not that creative.

I personally would prefer to hard code when i am experienced enough to do so because i feel that with that way you can make your site better and more customizable.

I use CMS, even if I want to code I cannot do it because I do not have skills and knowledge. Having programming skills will be very helpful for someone who is running a website but CMS make everything easier.
