Nice suggestion, one that harness his or her chances well and opportunities have the better means to taste financial success than one that is just thinking and not putting in practice. Money doesn't know about an illiterate somebody or literate one, it locates that person that works towards it.

One thing you need to find out first is about illiteracy and education, in my country we have a lot of iliterates that progress through their businesses,I have them very very plenty especially in the northern part of my country. They run the business well and maintain it successfully.
