Their are businesses that is managed in the rural areas and still going strong and bringing steady returns. Same goes to the urban areas and their is still profit flowing steady. But everything depends on the strategies and plan one used for the business.

The location of any business actually plays a huge role in the success of that business as we all know that business and its environment has an interrelated relationship and what happens in either the business internal environment and its external environment goes a long way in affecting the business whether for positive or negatively.

Your analysis is great @saousen5765, but I'll stick with having lots of customers and increase rental fee. With lots of customers means higher sales, which enables me to psy the rent and still make profit.

I've seen many small rental businesses to down due to underestimating rent. And due to the unfavourable location too which brings low sales, 5ye business has no choice but to fold up
