Do you take a cold shower in the morning to wake up?

I do this only every other day because waking up in the morning is no longer so difficult for me, and I take a shower in order to harden my body and be healthy most of the time. Although it is very inconvenient because it takes a lot of time and you need to reduce your sleep time.

Doing this do makes me feel as nothing is impossible, taking wakeup morning showers do drive some hormones and make me feel light and new.
