This is mainly a question for niche-specific communities.

A Community of Practice or CoP is an online community made up of people who join to learn, share knowledge, and network with one another, centering around a specific niche.

This would mean your cornerstone sections would easily enable members to learn, share, and network around the niche. The message would be clear. The mission would be just that.

Would you consider your community a CoP, and if so, how so? What is your niche, and how are you facilitating the fundamentals of running a Community of Practice?
