Do you resort to herbal remedies?

Falling sick can be a frustrating experience. There are times when taking synthetic drugs may not work effectively for some illness, maybe for one reason or another. Do you turn your attention to taking herbal drugs at those moments?

Conversely, I seek natural remedies as a first resort before considering medication.
For the same reason, I rarely get sick.

Natural or herbal medication is something that I do try to take and use when I am not feeling well and need to take something and it is always the first option I choose.

If I find that the natural or herbal options are not working and things get worse, I will opt to see my doctor and take medication if that is needed.

If I fall seek, it depends on what's going that will make me consider herbal remedies. If is something I myself can't handle, I go for the other.
