Do you prefer to train with your body weight or in the gym?

Training with body weight can be very good in many cases, but I am one of those who prefers to add some extra weight to my workouts so the gym is better in my case, in your case, which you like better, training in the gym or with body weight? Many people prefer to train with body weight to save money.

Frankly speaking, I do not like to train, neither with body weight not in gym. I monitor what I eat and I also walk. Walking is my favorite way to remain fit and healthy. I do not have to stress out my body.
 
Walking is the best way to stay fit and healthy. Please don't take stress, stress always damage your brain. Eat healthy food keep walking, you never need trainer.
